Directors of Dining/Executive Chefs/Cooks All Dietary Managers and Executive Chefs will be provided one White Chef Coat upon starting and one each year on their anniversary start date. All Cooks will be provided one Black Chef Coat upon starting and one each year on their anniversary start date. Kitchen and serving staff shall wear a black stripe apron while working in the kitchen. A hair net, chef’s hat, or other appropriate head covering is required to be worn at all times by kitchen staff.
